🎵 Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the files have been downloaded.

If you experience any technical issues with your download or receive the wrong files, please contact me within 7 days of purchase, and I’ll do my best to resolve the issue or offer a replacement.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incompatibility with your software

  • Purchasing the wrong vocal by mistake

  • Creative preferences after download

I always aim to provide high-quality, ready-to-use vocals — so if you’re unsure about anything before buying, feel free to reach out!

Aufgrund der digitalen Beschaffenheit der Produkte gilt:
Alle Verkäufe sind endgültig, sobald die Dateien heruntergeladen wurden.

Sollte es technische Probleme beim Download geben oder falsche Dateien geliefert werden, kannst du dich innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach dem Kauf bei mir melden – ich helfe dir gerne weiter oder sende dir Ersatzdateien zu.

Eine Rückerstattung ist nicht möglich bei:

  • Meinungsänderung

  • Inkompatibilität mit deiner Software

  • Irrtümlich gekaufter Vocal

  • Nichtgefallen nach dem Download
